  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday during standard business hours.
  • Orders placed before our daily cutoff typically ship the same business day.
  • Orders placed after hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • If an item requires additional verification or is temporarily out of stock, our team will contact you promptly.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We partner with trusted carriers to ensure your gear and accessories arrive safely and on time.

Available shipping options include:

  • Standard Shipping – Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping – Estimated delivery within 2–3 business days
  • Express Shipping – Estimated delivery within 1–2 business days

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on service level, package weight, and destination.
  • Free‑shipping promotions apply only when explicitly stated and cannot be combined with other offers unless noted.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update in the carrier’s system.

Address Accuracy

To ensure smooth delivery:

  • Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
  • Willoughby’s Photo Emporium is not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has shipped, but we will assist whenever possible.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Your satisfaction and peace of mind are important to us.

  • If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please check with neighbors, building management, or your local carrier office.
  • If the package remains missing, our team will help you initiate a claim with the carrier.
  • Damaged shipments must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with photos of the packaging and product.

International Shipping

At this time, Willoughby’s Photo Emporium ships to U.S. addresses only.
International shipping is not available.

Pre‑Orders & Backorders

  • Pre‑order and backordered items will ship as soon as they become available.
  • Orders containing both in‑stock and pre‑order items may ship separately at our discretion to avoid delays.
